Download the Application to Rent form below and complete it in full — one form per applicant, up to two applicants per unit. If a line is left blank, the application will be returned to you, so please fill in every field. Each applicant will also need to provide two pieces of identification for verification.

Once your form is complete, email it to info@apartmentsinbrantford.ca. We'll review your application and follow up shortly.
